       Rainbow Falls Waterpark Season Passes are on sale now at the Pavilion. Rainbow Falls passes are valid only at Rainbow Falls Waterpark from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Proof of residency required for purchase or renewal of a pass.

    • Pirates Cove Opening

      Pirates' Cove Children's Theme Park will open on Saturday, May 25 for the beginning of the pre-season. Children between the ages of 1 and 9 will enjoy summer fun in a park designed specifically for them that stimulates and encourages their creative exploration and imagination.     • Rainbow Falls Opens

      Cool off this summer at Rainbow Falls Waterpark. Rainbow Falls opens for the pre-season on Memorial Day weekend starting Saturday, May 25. Enjoy the excitement of this tropical paradise with a variety of attractions, theme days, parties and more waiting for the entire family! Purchase your season pass today. Regular season hours begin June 10.

    • Bike with the Mayor

      Join Mayor Johnson and The Friends of Cycling in Elk Grove on a leisurely bike ride around the Village. Receive complimentary helmet fittings and discover safety tips from the Friends of Cycling. This ride will start and end at the Elk Grove Historical Museum where visitors have the opportunity to discover the history of bicycling in EGV at our new exhibit and participate in crafts and games for the whole family. This event is free and open to all ages. Register by June 5 for headcount purposes.

    • Boeing, Boeing

      The Wall Street Journal hailed Boeing-Boeing as one of "the funniest plays to hit Broadway in ages", and The Daily Telegraph said it was "the funniest show on the London stage." This charming revival focuses on Bernard, a jet setting architect living in Paris who has been successfully juggling three flight attendant fiancee's with the help of his reluctant housekeeper. Audiences will have to fasten their seat belts for a roaring ride that will take them up, up and away!

    • Visit the Historical Museum's Exhibit

      Long before the acclaimed Tour of Elk Grove first treaded its wheels on this community's roadways, Elk Grove has promoted bike safety and advocacy. Pedal your way through the new interactive exhibit to discover the location of the first bicycle shops, Busse Woods bike paths, formation of bicycle friendly clubs, the start of the Tour of Elk Grove Bike Race and more! This exhibit is available March through August.

    • Pavilion Aquatic Center Remodel

      The Pavilion Aquatic Center is now closed for a major pool renovation. The pools will be undergoing extensive renovations to bring you new pools, locker rooms and more! The Elk Grove Park District has obtained agreements with neighboring districts to accommodate residents during this construction period. We thank you for your patience during this time.

    • Jr.High Teen Dances

      Teens in grades 6-8 enjoy an entertaining night DJ music, dancing, basketball, contests, and more! Discounted passes for the dance are available and must be purchased in advance.

      Dance to the big band tunes of the Switch Time Jazz group every first Thursday of the month from 7-9pm at the Al Hattendorf Center. If you love to ballroom dance or just sit and listen to the music of this talented band. At the same time you can now enjoy billiards with your friends.
