Elk Grove Historical Society
The Elk Grove Historical Society was formed on July 10, 1975 and has been an important factor in the preservation of our local history ever since. The Elk Grove Historical Society brings together for mutual enrichment people who are interested in discovering the heritage of Elk Grove Village, township, and vicinity. The Society also advises and assists in the collection and preservation of items of historical relevance and strives to provide ongoing opportunities for guests of all ages to immerse themselves in the rich and diverse history of the region.
The Historical Society is looking for new members to join our museum family! Membership benefits include free admission to Dairy Day, a members-only holiday party, full-color quarterly newsletter, free copies of research records, 10% off all items in the museum store and discounts on museum programs! Below are the costs for membership:
- Senior Couples-$10
- Student with ID/Child-$8

Because of our limited space, not all items can be accepted but we would love for you to share with us your pieces of Elk Grove history!
