Rates:

  • Saturday Afternoon: 4 hour min, $400 - Saturday afternoon functions need to end by 4pm
  • Friday and Sunday Evenings: 4 hour min, $500
  • Saturday Evenings: 4 hour min, $600
  • Complete Room Rental: 7 hours of room time include linen tablecloths and napkins, $1700
  • Premium Room Rental: 12 hours of room time include linen tablecloths and napkins, 5 hours of open standard bar and use of audio/visual equipment, $3500 up to 100 guests (each additional guest over 100 count is $25).
  • Please note: All Sunday functions must start at 3:00 pm or later. Monday through Saturday afternoon functions must end by 4:00 pm.

Outside catering requires a copy of the caterer's certificate of insurance and a business license. Caterer must fill out a Garden Terrace Catering Permit. All room rental agreements with an outside caterer require an additional $200 security deposit check. The check will be held until after the event and returned if contract time was adhered to and no problems are noted.
