Fountain Square Park Water Spray Area Rules

1. Parents or guardians must supervise their children at all times.
2. Admission to the facility shall be refused to all persons having any contagious diseases or infectious conditions such as colds.
3. No alcohol is allowed in the spray park.
4. The water from spray park features is not suitable for drinking.
5. Glass containers are prohibited.
6. No running or rough play is permitted.
7. No street shoes are allowed in the facility.
8. No baby strollers or carriers are allowed near the play features.
9. No soap, shampoos, conditioners, lotions, or body washes are allowed near the play features.
10. Only clean swim apparel may be worn at the spray park.
11. Children who are not toilet trained must wear tightly fitting plastic pants over a swim diaper.
12. No disposable diapers will be allowed in the facility.
13. Use of the spray park facility is prohibited when thunder is heard or lightening is seen, including a 30-minute period after the last lightening or thunder is detected.
14. One adult (age 16 or older) per three children must be present to supervise.
15. The facility will not open if the air temperature is less than 70 degrees.
16. Climbing on the equipment and fences is not allowed.
17. Other rules may be added by management as needed.
