Adult Boot Camp ages 13+
Join our Personal Trainers and Group Exercise instructors for a motivating yet challenging interval and strength workout. The workout is divided into four 20-minute segments to provide a total body challenge. Ages 13 and older are welcome! Check in at 9:30am, camp starts and 9:45am and ends at 11:40am.

Kids Boot Camp ages 7-12 (9:30-11:45am)
Kids ages 7-12 will participate with our group exercise instructors in this boot camp designed just for them. A variety of fun-filled activities are planned. Camp will wind down with a 20-minute kid-friendly yoga session.

Boppin Boogie Boot Camp ages 3-6 (9:30-11:45am)
This is a great opportunity for youngsters to dance, play games and be creative while parents participate in Boot Camp! Participants will bop to the music with basic dance steps as well as use props, creativity and imagination to play! Wear comfortable clothes, clean gym shoes and a smile for this exciting camp!
