Sheila Ray Adult Center
General Information
The Sheila Ray Adult Center is a center for adults 55 and better. It is a friendly, active center that has many programs, services and special events for all. Bowling, bingo, card playing, horseshoes, movies, walking club and different types of crafts are some of our great activities. You can have your blood pressure taken twice a month, join in on our programs to learn about health issues, safety, and learn first hand from our police department as to what is happening in our village. Come and hear about current events and ask questions or give your opinion with a group of friendly participants. If you have questions or concerns about your personal will, there is a lawyer you can arrange to see.
This is the place to have fun, learn about many issues that concern you, and the best of all, meet new friends. Don’t be shy; we would like to meet you and bring your friends with you!

Pace Dial-A-Ride Door to Door Bus Service is available by calling (847) 299-6212 to schedule a pick up.
Township Dial-A-Bus Service is provided to township residents over age 55. Call (847) 437-0300 before 3:00 pm the day before to reserve a free bus ride to the Center.
Bi-Monthly Newsletter
The Elk Grove Sheila Ray Senior Center Newsletter includes the activities and special events of the center. It is published and available at the customer service counters of the Pavilion and Al Hattendorf Center the first of the month in January, March, May, July, September and November. If you would like to receive the newsletter delivered to your home by mail, call (847) 364-7224 to arrange for this service.
