Wellness Specialty Classes
We offer a variety of Pilates/Yoga classes throughout the district at various times.  Classes range from basic Pilates and Yoga to more advanced Yoga and a Pilates/Yoga fusion class.  Please refer to the Pilates/Yoga Fitness Schedule for schedule, times, and fee structure.

Pilates/Yoga
Pilates/Yoga admission cards are available at the customer service desk. Active Pavilion Fitness members will receive a 25% discount on the Pilates/Yoga card. Proof of membership is required.

Pilates
Take your Pilates training to the next level with our equipment (Pilates rings, exercise balls, etc.) This class will help you get  that long, lean appearance while strengthening core muscles.

Yoga
Where the mind, body and breath combine to  improve flexibility, gain strength and body balance. Perhaps most important, the oppotunity to come to a state of mental and physical relaxation.
