Wellness Specialty Classes
We offer a variety of Pilates/Yoga classes throughout the district at various times. Classes range from basic Pilates and Yoga to more advanced Yoga and a Pilates/Yoga fusion class. Please refer to the Pilates/Yoga Fitness Schedule for schedule, times, and fee structure. Look for the new 2010 winter brochure as we are adding a Yo-Chi class and a Pre-Post Natal Class in the group exercise room at the Pavilion Fitness Center

Pilates/Yoga
Pilates/Yoga admission cards are available at the customer service desk. Active Pavilion Fitness members will receive a 25% discount on the Pilates/Yoga card. Proof of membership is required. For questions or additional information contact, (847) 228-3539.

Pilates
Take your Pilates training to the next level with our equipment (Pilates rings, exercise balls, etc.) This class will help you get that long, lean appearance while strengthening core muscles.
Yoga
Where the mind, body and breath combine to improve flexibility, gain strength and body balance. Perhaps most important, the oppotunity to come to a state of mental and physical relaxation.
(Pre/Post Natal) Yoga
This gentle, slow-paced Yoga class will stretch and tone your body, help you release tension, prepare for birth or recover after delivery. Improve your ability to focus and bond with your baby before birth. Must sign high risk waiver form when registering for class. Bring a blanket and two pillows. Call (847) 228-3539 for class times.
PiYo
Combine Pilates and Yoga in this unique class designed to strengthen core muscles while incorporating relaxation, flexibility and self-awareness.
Yo-Chi
Two ancient disciplines (Yoga and Chi-energy) combine for modern day living. This is a beginner to intermediate class format.

Indoor Sprint Triathlon

Pavilion Fitness is proud to have been a part of the Midwest Indoor Sprint Triathlon series (MIST) held on Sunday, January 24, 2010! This action packed event consisted of a 10 minute swim, a 15 minute spin bike ride and a 15 minute treadmill run for participants ages 18 and older.
