Group Exercise

Group exercise classes can greatly enhance your fitness experience. Pavilion Fitness offers a wide range of classes to meet the diverse levels of our participants. Classes run continually throughout the year. Begin at any time! General group exercise classes are included in fitness memberships. Non-members may purchase a Group Fitness Class Pass (see prices below). Photo ID passes can be purchased at the Pavilion Customer Service desk on the 1st floor of the Pavilion or at the Pavilion Fitness Membership Service desk. Proof of residency is required. Participation is allowed at age 10 (if completed our Teen Fitness Training Program); otherwise it is 12. Check-in is required at Pavilion Fitness front desk. Before beginning any exercise program, it is advised that you consult your physician. Participation at all levels is welcomed. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to attendance, maintenance and instructor availability. Prices are subject to change.

Align and Define

Body weight exercises will be incorporated to target overall strength, balance, flexibility and core conditioning. Optional hand weights, tubing and stability balls may be used. Put it all together for a nicely aligned and defined you.

BANG!


An urban-inspired dance/fitness class using weighted gloves. a fusion of hip hop, world dance, boxing, aerobics and bodyweight training.

Body Blast

Body Blast is a high intensity interval training format improving muscular strength, power and endurance utilizing the REP effect. Body Blast is a 10 step full body muscle confusion/definition workout that hits every major muscle group in one session. You will use the barbells and bar plates in this class.

Cycle Strength

MixxedFit

Dance to today's hottest songs (and some booty-shakin' classics). MixxedFit is a people-inspired dance fitness program that is a perfect blend of explosive dancing and bootcamp inspired toning. This high-energy class will get you to your fitness goals a lot quicker than just dancing alone. The secret is in the toning that we incorporate that works every muscle for a total body workout (no equipment needed). Our choreography is simple, easy to follow, which means you can focus on getting an optimal workout. If you can do things like squats, jumping jacks, and shake that booty, you will MixxedFit!

Schwing & Stretch

Enjoy some of the familiar dance steps combined with some group exercise steps and you get "Schwing". Our instructor has developed this class for those of you who would prefer some fun exercise that does not follow a traditional path. No impact exercise that challenges the brain and the feet, all done to the music of yesteryear; if you love dance, exercise, fun and Frank Sinatra you must try this class. End it all with the stretch that compliments the muscles you worked.

Zumba®

A dance fitness class that is fun, energetic and makes you feel amazing. Zumba is perfect for EVERYBODY and every body. Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. We take the "work" our of workout by mixing low intensity and high intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning, dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness, cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility, boosted energy and a serious dose of awesome each time you leave class.
