Interval training that combines only the use of Battle Ropes and Kettlebells. Develop metabolic endurance, core stabilization, strength, and balance with this varied intensity conditioning class. Join us in the Advanced Training Studio on Friday mornings 5:15am-6:00am with Cheryl. Come early to make sure you get a spot, space is limited. Regular TRX rates apply.
