TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Using a commercial suspension trainer,users leverage their own body weight to perform hundreds of different exercises and can control the intensity by adjusting body position and angle. Whether you're young or old, out of shape or a pro athlete, injured or at the top of your game, TRX Suspension Training meets you where you are and takes you where you want to go.

Classes take place in the TRX Advanced Training Studio.

Class Descriptions


TRX Circuit Express

A total body workout incorporating strength, cardio, and core in a 30 minute time frame.

TRX Circuit

This class is a whole body, cardio based (both aerobic and anaerobic) workout with continuous movement that incorporates cardio, strength, and stability training. We will use TRX Straps, RIPPED Trainer, Kettle Bells, Sand Bags, Dynamax Balls, Battle Rope and more.

TRX +

This class is for those who have taken a few TRX Suspension Training classes. We will utilize the same total body workout that you would in Level I, but with added equipment and advanced TRX positioning. TRX+ will use Bosu's, Kettle Bells, Sand Bags and Dynamax Balls for the ultimate core and strength workout!

TRX Level I

This class uses only TRX Straps and RIPPED Trainers. It is for those who are new to TRX Suspension Training or for those who do not want the faster pace of a circuit. This is a total body workout that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability.

Bells and Ropes

A total body format utilizing ONLY Battle Ropes and Kettle Bells.
