Teen Fitness Training
Teens 10 to 13 years of age joining Pavilion Fitness Center must complete a personalized training program with an ACE certified personal trainer to become a member. Participants will complete (4) one-to-one hour long training sessions which include proper warm up, strength training machines, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and cool-down. Training covers injury prevention, proper concentration, breathing, correct techniques and control. The trainer will also discuss proper nutrition. Your Health is Important!
All new training clients will need to fill out a a training request and a health questionnaire prior to starting the program. A medical release may be required from your physician. A training program will not be scheduled until all documentation and release forms have been received and filled out in completion. Forms can be picked up and/or returned to the Pavilion Fitness front desk. Returned forms will be contacted by a personal trainer within two business days.
