Heart rate monitors can be used to effectively enhance your fitness level and athletic performance. Finding the right heart rate monitor for your workout can be difficult if you're not sure what you're looking for. This workshop, led by Kevin McAloon, Certified Metabolic Technician and Heart Rate Monitor Specialist / ACE, NASM and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, will teach fundamental objectives about monitoring your heart rate, finding the right monitor based on your needs, and how to use them during your workout.
