Programs can be booked Tuesday through Friday 9am-3pm. Please schedule at least four weeks in advance. To book a program, complete the Education Booking Form below or call the Museum at 847-439-3994 and provide the following information:

• Name of school and teacher
• Daytime phone number
• Name of program interest
• Top three dates/times requested
• Group size and grade level
  • Farm Tales maximum is 45 students.
  • WWII and the Home Front maximum is 30 students.
  • All other programs maximum is 60 students.

Farm Tales programs are $1.00 per student. All other programs are $5.00 per student. A maximum of six (6) adults will be allowed to attend for free. Additional adults will be charged $2.00 per person. There must be one adult per ten students.

Outreach programs are $25.00 per class (up to 35 students). Schools outside of Elk Grove will be charged for mileage.

To cancel a program, teachers should call 847-439-3994 to reschedule the trip based on availability. Please allow a 48-hour notice.

If you can't come to the museum, we can come to you! All of our programs can be adapted to be taught right in your classroom. Separate fees may apply. Please see the Program Fees section for details.
