Stress Less: Art & Mindfulness Techniques

Join in on the fun and learn some creative techniques to help clear your mind, focus, and relax! The goal of mindful art-making is to fully engage with your artwork in a meditative way. It requires slowing down, focusing on the material, and creating repetitively with full intent. Mindfulness can help with focusing and calming our minds and bodies, relieving stress, encourages relaxation, increases your sense of wellbeing, can replace negative or bored habits, and allows you to be more present and aware.
