Garden Terrace at the Pavilion is a perfect setting for an all day or half day meeting or training seminar. The main room of Garden Terrace holds a maximum of 200 guests and the adjacent Suite C, is ideal for smaller meetings or breakout sessions. Our staff will work with you to accommodate your audio visual needs as well as any menu you desire. Whether you just need coffee service and snacks or would like a stylized buffet (view our full list of menus for additional menu choices), call us with your agenda for your next meeting and we'll work to meet all your business function needs.

Plan Your Meeting

We pride ourselves in our exceptional service that we provide to our guests. Choose from any of our rental selections in our featured Room Rental Package. We also offer many additional menus for catering and food. If your menu needs customization, we can work with you to create a more personal selection. Standard or premium bar packages are also available to complete your menu package. We also allow you the flexibility to bring in your own licensed caterer should you prefer.

Banquet Room

The main banquet room can accommodate up to 200 guests for a plate-served event and connects to a private outdoor garden patio. 


Suite C

Suite C is an exclusive add-on option that can accommodate between 20-40 guests for additional space needs during your rental. The Suite is perfect as a bridal room for weddings and receptions or for smaller meetings or breakout sessions during a larger business event.

Private Garden Patio

The outdoor garden patio is fenced in with a beautiful stonework facade to keep your event and festivities private. The patio connects off the main Garden Terrace banquet room with accessibility available to the guests of your party and staff. The garden patio is a popular for outdoor wedding ceremonies with the added benefit of quick transitions to the banquet room in case of bad weather. This is also a popular go to area for guests to get a breath of fresh air and relax during the party.



Take photos with your party under the softly glowing lights of our indoor carousel. Pose amidst the entourage of hand-painted animals for a unique backdrop or get full use of the carousel for guests of all ages!
