Museum Collections

The museum’s permanent collection consists of a growing compilation of photographs, objects, and archives celebrating the history of Elk Grove Township and Village. Such historic treasures may be featured in the museum’s award-winning temporary exhibitions, engaging special events, or used to fulfill genealogy and research requests.

The museum actively collects items as they relate to any time period in Elk Grove’s history. A portion of this collection includes recorded interviews with people who share their experiences and memories of this community.
