Yes – we’ve had as low as 20 people book the room for an event.


Yes – Non alcoholic beverages are welcomed. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased through the Garden Terrace bar.


Yes – Home cooked and outside caterers are welcomed.  Some packages include rental of serving chafers to help in the display of food.


We do have audio equipment; however, there are charges associated with the items.


We do not offer china / glassware rentals at this time.


No, we do have a prep kitchen and staff can support access to a refrigerator, small freezer, and ice machine,


We can provide unlimited ice for a charge of $10.


No, the Carousel is not included in the Garden Terrace rental . You will have to call the rental service department at 847.228.3183 to rent the Carousel.


We do offer linen rental and have access to a variety of colors. Linen rental is included in some packages, or can be an add on to room rentals. You are also welcome to bring in your own table coverings.


There will be a Park District employee at your party; however, with room rentals, they are there to make sure you have what was contracted for, to watch over the room, to assist with any lighting or heating/ac adjustments, to make sure there are no problems during the room rental. You, the renter, will be in charge of any food, decoration, or misc. items you may have brought in.


No we do not. We are happy to offer referrals.


With a room rental, you are allowed 30 minutes before your event to decorate and 30 minutes after your event to clean up and depart the building. If you need extra time that can be added for an additional fee, please consider setup and cleanup time for any vendors you may be welcoming to your event i.e D.J, props / decor.
