Join the Pavilion Fitness community! Pavilion Fitness offers a variety of membership types, passes and features so you can customize your gym plan how you see fit. For maximum impact on your health goals, our memberships include unlimited access to the gym floor with hundreds of equipment options available, our elevated indoor walking track, group exercise classes, open gym programs, areas for boxing and keyless locker service. Included in our All-Access membership is access to the pools and amenities in partnership with the Pavilion Aquatics Center.
Visit our Fitness Customer Service desk during business hours to register and get a tour. Pavilion Fitness is located in the Jack A. Claes Pavilion at 1000 Wellington Ave. in Elk Grove Village, IL on the 2nd floor.

Membership Types
Select a membership that’s right for you. Individual, Student, Senior and Corporate Memberships are available. Reduced rates are available for residents and businesses located in our hometown of Elk Grove Village. Non-resident memberships are charged the Non-resident membership rate. All new memberships and/or members whose membership has been inactive for 60 days or more are subject to an enrollment fee. Prices subject to change.

Refer a Friend
Refer a Friend to Pavilion Fitness and we will extend your membership for an extra month for free. Referrals must be brand new members to Pavilion Fitness and must be active for 30 days before your free month is added to your membership.
