Join the Pavilion Fitness community! Pavilion Fitness offers a variety of membership types, passes and features so you can customize your gym plan how you see fit. For maximum impact on your health goals, our memberships include unlimited access to the gym floor with hundreds of equipment options available, our elevated indoor walking track, group exercise classes, open gym programs, areas for boxing and keyless locker service. Included in our All-Access membership is access to the pools and amenities in partnership with the Pavilion Aquatics Center.
Visit our Membership Services Department during Membership Open Hours. Pavilion Fitness is located in the Jack A. Claes Pavilion at 1000 Wellington Ave. in Elk Grove Village, IL on the 2nd floor.

Definition of a Corporate Member
A Corporate resident is anyone who works for an Elk Grove Village company that pays Elk Grove Village Park District taxes. Proof of employment required. Additional household members must enroll at the applicable Resident or Non-Resident rate.
Enrollment Fees
Enrollment fees apply to new members and those who do not renew their membership within 60 days. The enrollment fee is non-refundable.
