On Friday, August 30, the Pavilion Fitness Center Renovation Project was completed! The Pilates Reformer, Personal Training Area and all cardio equipment are all relocated to the newly renovated area. We are thrilled to introduce 8 new Precor treadmills, 4 Free Motion Incline trainer treadmills, 4 Matrix Climbmills and 2 SciFit hand bikes. Marshall Park is is now open. A green mesh perimeter fence will enclose the grass restricting access temporarily through the summer. All facilities will be available to residents, including the Splash Pad, Basketball Court and surrounding Walking Path. The Splash Pad will operate Mon - Sun from 10am - 8pm.
