On Friday, August 30, the Pavilion Fitness Center Renovation Project was completed! The Pilates Reformer, Personal Training Area and all cardio equipment are all relocated to the newly renovated area. We are thrilled to introduce 8 new Precor treadmills, 4 Free Motion Incline trainer treadmills, 4 Matrix Climbmills and 2 SciFit hand bikes. The 5 - 12 playground replacement project has begun!  Staff has already completed the removal of the existing playground equipment and is now working towards the installation of the new playground equipment.  The playground will feature a 5 -12 play structure, slides, climbers, free standing spinners and twisters and a 5 - place swing set that includes a friendship swing.  The opening of the new playground is expected by early fall. The week of July 30, two new LED scoreboards were installed at the softball fields in Mead Park. The addition of these scoreboards will enhance the game experience for players and spectators. Read More

Marshall Park is is now open. A green mesh perimeter fence will enclose the grass restricting access temporarily through the summer. All facilities will be available to residents, including the Splash Pad, Basketball Court and surrounding Walking Path. The Splash Pad will operate Mon - Sun from 10am - 8pm. Parks and Facilities that are scheduled for parking lot repairs in 2024 include: Administration and Grounds' yard lots, Al Hattendorf Center north lot and Pavilion north lot. Repairs to these areas will include: crack filling, sealcoating and striping. Read More
