Game Night at the Museum

Managing a farm in early Elk Grove left little time for fun and games – but you know what they say about all work and no play! Beat the mid-week blues at our monthly board game gathering. Stop by solo or with your crew, bring an old favorite or try something new from our collection. Pop in for a quick game or hang out for the whole evening. Light refreshments will be provided. Curious Kids
Age 3+yrs
Fee $3R / $5NR (Adult attendance is free)
Kids say the darndest things – and ask the biggest questions! The Museum may not have all the answers, but our Curious Kids program provides an opportunity for children ages 6 – 12 to dive deep into different topics and learn through playing and doing. Each session includes creating a related craft for participants to take home.

Experience Elk Grove’s agricultural roots at this fun interactive event for all ages. Make your own butter, dance to music inspired by farm life and learn more about what it takes to get milk, butter, ice cream and other dairy products to the table both in the 1800s and today.
