Valid coupons must be printed and given to the cashiers when entering the Park. All residents must provide proof of residency within Elk Grove Park District boundaries in order to receive the resident discount rate. All guests unable to provide proof of residency will be required to pay the general admission fee.
Proof of Residency
For adults this may be a driver’s license, state ID, copy of a tax return or utility bill. For minors, proof may be a copy of a birth certificate, library card, school ID or health insurance card. Elk Grove Village residents living outside the Park District boundaries and employees of Elk Grove businesses have the opportunity to receive resident rates through the purchase of the Non-Resident Household Membership. Rainbow Falls Waterpark Season Passes
Your best value is a season pass at Rainbow Falls Waterpark! Season passes are available at the following locations: Pavilion Customer Service located at 1000 Wellington Ave, the Al Hattendorf Center located at 225 E. Elk Grove Blvd., The Pavilion Aquatics Center or at Rainbow Falls during regular business hours. All family members need to be present during the time of purchase to get a picture ID.
Household Definition
To obtain additional membership fee, members must be part of the same household – up to two adults, and dependent children under 26 years of age, who reside at the same address.

Definition of Residency
Resident definition is anyone living within the boundaries of the Elk Grove Park District. Residents support Elk Grove Park District facilities and programs through property taxes which allows taxpayers priority registration.
Non-resident Household Membership
Elk Grove Village residents living outside the Park District boundaries in the following areas may purchase a Non-resident Household Membership for $70 per family annually. This pass allows your family to receive the Elk Grove Resident rate for the year in which it is purchased. Employees of Elk Grove businesses also have the opportunity to purchase the Non-resident Household Membership. Proof of employment is required. Pass is available for purchase at the Pavilion, located on 1000 Wellington Avenue or the Hattendorf Center, located on 225 Elk Grove Blvd., both in Elk Grove Village.

Inclement Weather/Rain Check Policy
If Rainbow Falls Waterpark closes early due to inclement weather, guests that have paid daily admission and entered the Waterpark within two hours of pool clearing will be eligible for a rain check to visit on another day. To obtain a rain check, guests must present the original receipt of purchase that includes time and date to the Admissions Office before leaving the Waterpark. Rain checks are valid only in the year they are issued. Please contact Aquatics staff with any questions.
