Small Group Boxing

Stimulate all muscle groups and provide the perfect combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise with small group boxing conditioning and training. Our boxing workouts will improve your reflexes, coordination, flexibility, speed, power and cardiovascular fitness with calorie-incinerating workouts. You'll learn real, effective techniques that tone the core, legs and arms while training hard and having a blast.

Min/max: 3 participants


Keep your muscles! Work with one of our trainers to specifically gain strength. Utilizing many modes of resistance: dumbbells, barbells, squat racks, benches, cables, selectorized machines, TRX and kettlebells are just some ways to gain strength. Resistance training requires consistently putting muscles under tension and not over training specific areas. Our trainers will make sure you have a good variety of exercises. We also touch on nutrition to make sure you are putting good proteins in your body.
