TRX Suspension Training bodyweight exercise simultaneously develops strength, power, endurance, mobility, durability, balance, flexibility, and core stability. Using a commercial suspension trainer, users leverage their own body weight to perform hundreds of different exercises and can control the intensity by adjusting body position and angle.
