Group Exercise

Research proves you are more likely to achieve your fitness goals when you work out with friends! Pavilion Fitness offers a wide range of classes to meet the diverse levels of our participants. Classes run continually throughout the year. Begin at any time!

General group exercise classes are included in fitness memberships. Non-members may purchase a Group Fitness Class Pass (see prices below). Participation is allowed at age 10 (if completed our Teen Fitness Training Program); otherwise age 14.

Before beginning any exercise program, it is advised that you consult your physician. Participation at all levels is welcomed. We reserve the right to cancel classes due to attendance, maintenance and instructor availability. Prices are subject to change.

Group Exercise Schedule

Group Exercise Classes & Reservations

Group Exercise classes are available in person and hybrid. Reservations only necessary for virtual (Google Meets) link. A variety of dance (Zumba & MixxedFit), POP Pilates, Strength, HIIT (high Intensity interval training) and more classes are available. Check the Group Exercise Schedule below for your favorite classes & instructors.

Please note: Classes can be at full capacity. Please keep a respectable distance from other patrons.

  • Classes (NOT YOGA) are free for Pavilion Fitness Members
  • Group Exercise/Yoga Scan Passes will also not be charged upon booking but will have the scan deducted at check-in.
  • Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance.
  • Register at least 24 hours in advance of class for an online invitation to be emailed to you.
