Group Exercise classes are available virtually including a few now hybrid by reservation only (hybrid includes an in-person option with select classes and limited room capacity). A variety of Yoga, dance (Zumba & MixxedFit), POP Pilates, Strength, HIIT (high Intensity interval training) and more classes are available. Check the Group Exercise Schedule below for your favorite classes & instructors.
Please note: When registering online for a class, if the class shows as unavailable, click the small calendar icon to the left of the activity column, it will process if the time frame is still open.
- Classes (NOT YOGA) are free for Pavilion Fitness Members
- Group Exercise/Yoga Scan Passes will also not be charged upon booking but will have the scan deducted at check-in.
- Reservations can be made up to seven days in advance.
- Register at least 24 hours in advance of class for an online invitation to be emailed to you.
