Join Iliyana as she guides you through Yoga Nidra - a yogic practice. It is a systematic form of guided relaxation which often brings immediate physical benefits, such as reduced stress and better sleep to bring wholeness, tranquility, and well-being.

Pilates Mat

Join Lauren for a workshop on the history and benefits of Pilates. We will discuss the history at the beginning of the workshop, following with a beginner mat Pilates class. Created by Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s, the practice of Pilates uses the breath to move through the movements with a special focus on control and precision. You will build strength and stability while lengthening the body through our flow of classical Pilates exercises.
